When they announced they were looking for military couples to photograph, my husband and I were incredibly fortunate to be selected. What we didn’t realize at the time was just how meaningful this session would become.

These photos ended up capturing one of the most important milestones of our lives. I met my husband through the military, we married while serving, and this session became the very last time we would wear our uniforms together—I’m separating from the Air Force, and he’s retiring after his years of service. Looking back, these are memories we can never recreate, and because of B2 Lifestyle Photography, we’ll have them forever!!!

From the moment I started communicating with Heather, she made me feel completely comfortable. At the shoot we met her husband and they were both kind, funny, easygoing, and gave just enough direction while allowing us to simply be ourselves. The entire experience felt natural instead of posed, and I truly believe that’s why the photographs turned out so beautifully.

The attention to detail was incredible. They captured not only our love for each other, but also our love for our military careers—from our uniforms and name tapes to my stethoscope, our wedding rings, and the genuine emotions we shared. Every image tells a story.

These are more than photographs—they’re priceless memories that we’ll cherish for the rest of our lives.
