Getting everyone ready for pictures can sometimes feel like a project all by itself.

Kids get grumpy. Husbands aren't always excited about being in front of the camera. Someone spills something on their outfit five minutes before you leave the house. And suddenly you're wondering how we're ever going to get a good picture of everyone.



I've been there.

As a wife and mom, I understand the beautiful chaos that comes with getting a family out the door—and my goal is to make your photography experience easier, not add another thing to your to-do list.

You don't have to know how to pose. You don't have to know where to put your hands. And you definitely don't have to have perfectly behaved children.

That's my job.

I'll guide you when you need direction, give you prompts that create genuine interaction, and let the moments happen naturally when they don't need any help.

My goal is for you to spend less time worrying about the camera and more time enjoying the people you're with.

The look on your face when you realize how quickly your babies are growing.

The beautiful chaos that makes your family yours. Of course, we'll get the beautiful portraits too.

But I don't want your gallery to be a collection of everyone looking at the camera and smiling.

I want you to look at your photographs years from now and remember how it felt to be here, in this exact season of your life.

Because life doesn't stay still for very long. Babies grow. Kids change. Seniors graduate.

Families get bigger. Couples begin new chapters. And somehow, the years go by far too quickly.

That's why I love what I do.

A little more about Heather...

A few years ago, I made some major changes in my own life that completely changed the way I think about health, strength, consistency, and personal growth. It wasn't an overnight transformation, and it definitely wasn't always easy. But along the way, I fell in love with challenging myself, getting stronger, creating healthy habits, and appreciating progress—even when progress was slow.

That journey taught me something I carry with me today:

There is beauty in the process.

We don't have to wait until everything is perfect to celebrate where we are. And honestly, I think that's part of why I love lifestyle photography so much. I want to photograph where you are right now. Not someday when the kids are a little more cooperative.

Not when you finally lose the baby weight. Not when your house is perfectly clean. Not when life finally slows down.

Right now. Because this version of your family deserves to be remembered, too.
